Target Audience
This interprofessional continuing education activity is developed for healthcare professionals in critical care including
hospital pharmacists, critical care pharmacists and drug policy decision makers, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity participants will be better able to:
– Apply Evidence-based knowledge to the care of critically ill patients.
– Analyze and employ published evidence (including practice guidelines) surrounding medication therapy in the ICU.
– Design and evaluate a pharmacotherapeutic regimen for ICU patients.
